Poll workers (as opposed to poll “watchers”) are paid positions with your county of residence. We need good people working in polling locations across the State who are committed to providing access to the polls!
The counties train you, pay you, and you get to see the inner workings of election administration. Expect to work a full day on election day, and during the early vote period as well. To apply, you must be at least 16 years of age, and a resident of the county in which you are applying to work, and able to read, write, and understand English. You cannot be a candidate for public office, hold public office, or the close family member of a candidate or holder of public office.
