From Judge Kennedy: Statement on the Passing of Judge Mac Parsons

I was deeply saddened this morning to hear about the passing of Judge Mac Parsons of Birmingham. Judge Parsons was an incredible public servant who, in his years as a State Senator and as a Judge, remained deeply committed to doing the right and fair thing for his constituents and for those who appeared before him in court each and every day. As a dedicated yellow dog Democrat, Mac inspired Democrats from across the state to work hard to live up to the ideals and principals of our Party. His wisdom, experience, and his humor will be deeply missed by all of us, and the thoughts and prayers of the Alabama Democratic Party are with his family in this difficult time.
